Bearsden Golf Club – Juniors 2024

Hello,

With the golfing season round the corner I thought now would be a good time to touch base with you all.

Juniors 2023 Prize Giving

Albeit not traditional we opted to wait until the start of the next season to hold our Prizegiving from the previous year. The Prizegiving event will take place on Sunday 24th March in our Clubhouse. There will be a 9h Junior golfing event from 12pm with the Prizegiving starting circa 2pm.

This is a day for all Juniors and family members to meet up and enjoy. The bar and kitchen will be open allowing a true family event.

In the past this event has been ‘created’ towards only the winners of these awards but this year, we want to appreciate all of our Junior members and showcase our exciting golfing and social programme for the year ahead.

I would like to stress that this is for all Junior members and their families, I hope to see you all there for what will be a fantastic day.

Junior Fixtures / Diary

Our 2024 season will be just as if not busier than 2023 which is great news. GolfSixes, J J McCarry matches along with the standard Monthly and Handicap medals means that there is plenty of golf for our Juniors to enjoy.

Communication

I appreciate we have WhatsApp groups in place for JJ McCarry and GolfSixes but I thought trailing a general information group would be beneficial. This will be used to make members & parents aware of competitions / results / hunior social events etc.
