Fellow members,

Despite the challenging conditions, these scores are truly remarkable.

Team matches are underway. On Sun 14th, the Thomson McCrone team lost narrowly away to Balmore GC. Hard luck gents and fingers crossed for some better results in the remaining matches.

At the recent DGU Spring Meeting at Clober GC, Sam Somerville emerged victorious with a scratch score of 65, while John Brown Jnr secured 4th place with a scratch 68. Congratulations to both for their outstanding performances!

The DGU dinner at Clydebank and District GC was a memorable occasion, with our club taking home an impressive array of silverware. Chris Clark’s exceptional season was highlighted by his four trophy wins, including the prestigious Match Play Championship. We wish him the best in defending his title.

Here’s to adding more trophies to our collection from last season!
